Hatha Yoga Course Description


This yoga course is a gentle and nourishing style of yoga which consists of two parts: 3 live virtual classes with me per week which take place through Zoom and a prerecorded class video library you have access to 24/7.

The virtual classes meet through Zoom on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5-6 pm and 9:30-10:30 am Eastern Time.

Class Structure: Just about every class begins with a centering practice, some warm ups including joint nourishing movements and the 6 directions of the spine. Then I typically move into the main portion of the class whatever that is for the day. We always end in a 5-10 minute Savasana.

Download the Zoom application on your device.

Open the email invite that will be sent 30 minutes before class start time, click on the link, and this will bring you right into the classroom.
