Cardio & Strength Course
(Intermediate to Advanced)
Course #1 of this bundle
The goal of this course is to improve your cardiovascular health, burn calories, strengthen and stretch the major muscles or your body, improve your ability to balance, build bone density, and increase the health of your joints and soft tissue.
This class meets 3 mornings a week through Zoom from 7:15 am-8:00 am Eastern Time, plus you get a video library of prerecorded classes available 24/7.
Fitness Over 50 Course
(Beginner To Intermediate)
Course #2 of this bundle
This course is for the participant who is interested in improving their balance, incorporating resistance training to build bone density and muscle mass as well as improving flexibility (yoga style) while utilizing a chair for support. This class meets through Zoom on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12-12:45 pm Eastern Time.
Hatha Yoga Course
(Beginner To Intermediate)
Course #3 of this bundle
This course consists of three live gentle Hatha Yoga classes per week which meet through Zoom on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:00-6:00 pm Eastern Time and Wednesday mornings from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Eastern Time. A video library of pre recorded classes available 24/7 comes with this course as well.

Hatha Yoga Course
This course meets Wednesday mornings from 9:30-10:30 am and Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:00-6:00 p.m.
Fitness Over 50 Course
This course meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00-12:45 pm.
